I’ve had issues submitting keys once they’re created, and the MIT server seems to just always work. That’s the reason I posted this - you need a reliable server? Go visit MIT.

Hey Ryan, what’s shakin? I’m confused by this, and since PGP/GPG is currenltly on my list of Things To Figure Out Sooner Rather Than Later, I’m curious what (if any) use MIT’s site could be to me.
